Product Demonstrations and Training – We offer interactive online product demonstrations and training for our full product range, conducted by a highly trained member of our team.
Software Installation & Support – We also offer remote access, software support. Here we assist customers with any software installation requirement and software troubleshooting services.
Product Maintenance & Upgrades – Via our return to base service we are able to offer service contracts covering product maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
Calibration and repairs
We are able to provide a full range of service offerings on our Audiometers and Nasal Measurement Instruments, as well as the SMART Resuscitation system.
These include both on-site and return to base service solutions. In addition to this we also offer test & calibration services for products from other manufacturers, such as Blood Pressure Monitors, Spirometers, and Weighing Scales.
From our technical support centre in Irvine we offer a technical support and repair service, this includes troubleshooting and remote technical support on all our devices and related software.

GM Instruments maintains an ongoing dedication to complying with industry standards, ensuring the safety, efficacy, and reliability of our products. We are assessed and registered as conforming to EN ISO 13485:2016 – Quality Management System. and are certificated with Directive 93/42/eec (CE marked). We also hold a UKCA Certificate- Product Quality Assurance. We also hold further product registrations in a number of other countries, such as the USA.
