From our UK headquarters we are able to offer our global customers a full range of service and support offerings, including:

Product Demonstrations and Training – We offer interactive online product demonstrations and training for our full product range, conducted by a highly trained member of our team.

Software Installation & Support – We also offer remote access, software support. Here we assist customers with any software installation requirement and software troubleshooting services.

Product Maintenance & Upgrades – Via our return to base service we are able to offer service contracts covering product maintenance, repairs and upgrades.

Service & Calibration

UK Calibration / Repair

We are able to provide a full range of service offerings on all of our Audiometers and NASAL Measurement Instruments, as well as our SMART Resuscitation system.

These offerings include both on-site and return to base service solutions. In addition to this we also offer test & calibration services for products from other manufacturers, such as Blood Pressure Monitors, Spirometers, and Weighing Scales.

From our technical support centre in Irvine we offer a technical support and repair service, this includes troubleshooting and remote technical support on all our devices and related software.
